Our Program

Succession Ready is a free workshop series, offered in-person and online, that helps small business owners plan and execute a successful business transition.

The program walks owners through everything they need to prepare: clarifying personal goals, understanding transition structures, and a week-by-week strategy to increase business value before a sale. Topics span people operations, technology and infrastructure, and marketing and sales processes.

Every participant leaves with a customized succession plan for their business.
