Eligible applicants are owners / co-owners of profitable small businesses with minimum prior year gross revenue of $1M and at least 5 employees.
Owners of smaller revenue businesses will also be considered for acceptance, on a case-by-case basis.
Succession Ready ensures owners keep their businesses open, preserve their legacy and are able to accumulate generational wealth by developing a customized action plan and a network of resources.

The Succession Ready curriculum is delivered by Babson College faculty with Babson Professor Richard Bliss as the Academic Director.
We will also have expert guests from various fields pertaining to succession planning and business acquisition.
