Whether you are planning to hand over your business to your next of kin, to an employee, or to sell it, the Succession Ready program will inform and empower you to develop an actionable succession plan for you and your business.
Succession Ready is a short series of free educational in-person and online workshops to help small business owners develop and navigate a successful succession plan for their businesses.
